If you’re hesitant to take a trip because you don’t have anyone to travel with, don’t worry! Our FREE Roommate Matching program can match you with another solo traveler who’s also looking for a roommate. This way, you can save money on single occupancy rates, which can be quite expensive and sometimes not fit your budget. Additionally, you might end up making a new travel buddy for future trips!
Please note that ADR Vacations is not a roommate service, but we offer this as a courtesy to our clients so that everyone has the opportunity to travel with us. Once we’ve matched you with a roommate, we cannot change your room or your roommate.
Unfortunately, we cannot make or confirm a booking until we have your roommate secured. This is because vendors do not allow a “TBD” booking. You may see a delay in receiving a confirmation that you’ve been booked until we have your roommate ready to book. Additionally, we need to match you with someone who wants to be in the same room/stateroom category. If this is the case, we will notify you, and you can decide if you can negotiate on the stateroom category and location.
If you’re interested in our roommate matching program, please click one of the links below and provide us with your travel preferences. You will also need to provide a credit card and authorize the payment of your share of the deposit. However, we will not charge your card until we have matched you with a suitable roommate.
Once we’ve found a match for you, we will send an email to both you and your roommate with each other’s survey answers. You both will have 14 days to approve the match. It is strongly recommended that you and your potential match have a few conversations via email AND phone to get to know each other better before the trip. Once both parties have approved the match, your room/cabin will be booked using the credit card you submitted.
