MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN with AUTO-PAY
You have the option of paying for your reservation in full or choosing our convenient payment plan (with automatic billing and payment) option. If the monthly payment plan (with automatic billing and payment) option is selected at checkout, we’ll calculate and divide out the payments for you. You will know in advance the day of every month your payment will be applied. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be automatically applied according to the payment plan. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore STRONGLY recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own or request it at the time of booking.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
When traveling with roommates, EACH PERSON staying in the room must complete their OWN INDIVIDUAL reservation and payment. Please select ONE TRAVELER and the CORRECT OCCUPANCY (single, double, triple, quad) during the reservation process and enter the name of each of your roommates when asked. We will use this information to link the reservations.
Couples or travel mates who wish for one bill, please select the correct number of travelers and the correct occupancy (single or double) during the reservation process. Be sure to add the names and contact info for any additional travelers when asked.
TRAVEL NOTES
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 14 days or earlier prior to travel.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify ADR Vacations of all email address changes.
